This method involves our highly trained technicians pre-treating your carpet with a carpet pre-conditioner or pre-spray. These pre-treatments help to break down soil and spots to a liquid form, which is easier for our equipment to absorb.
After this step, your carpets are rinsed with hot water and steamed. We use a special wand tool attached to a CFM (industrial grade vacuum) to extract the liquified soil and spots. This leaves your carpet and upholstery in a clean, neutral state.
